GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

The rooms are available by arrival from 1 pm and have to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
The booking is valid only once you have paid the deposit (the 30% of the total amount) and when you receive a written confirmation.
Reservations must specify the date of arrival and the date of departure.
In case of late arrival or early departure, each guest will be charged the amount of 3 nights stay in bed and breakfast.
The deposit is not refundable: however, in case of serious motivations, you can use it to stay in another period during the same season.

SERVICES INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The prices include VAT and beach service (1 beach umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deck-chair per room), entertainment, parking place and 1l water per room by every meal. All other drinks are not included.
Pets are not allowed.
We have a Garage available on request and on surcharge paying €3,00 per day.
Furthermore we are able to offer you a 40% discount for adult Green fee at the nearby Golf place and a Bicycle rent service to a special price.

ATTENTION: From 6/12/2011, according to the new Italian law regarding the traceability of cash, the  payments exceeding € 999,00 must be settled ONLY by bank transfer, credit card or check.

RESTAURANT

BREAKFAST from 07.30 to 9.30
LUNCH from 12.30 to 13.30
DINNER from 19.00 to 20.30
Restaurant-Service: free-service-buffet - menu à la carte from 01/05 to 21/05 and from 12/09.
Additional breakfast: € 8,00.
Additional lunch or dinner (drinks not included): € 15,00.

In the full board the lunch of the day of arrival is considered and it cannot be make up on the departure date, unless difined in a different way at the reservation time, in written form.
